We know diets don't work, if they did, we'd just do the one and that would be it, and some of us would be totally invisible by now!
Diets work on will power, they don't change our thinking and they don't work on our deeper level ‘processing'.
Studies now prove that diets don't work for 95-98% of all people because they don't address the emotions that push your buttons.
When we're stressed and life gets too much we can obsess about food and eat when we're not hungry, feel out of control with food, and overeat, often leading to a post eating guilt trip.
We have created this workshop using the best and most effective tools to help you get started on a road which doesn't have the words diet running along it. Instead you get an Appetite for Living.
Appetite for Living workshops combine Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP - all recognised as highly successful ways of changing behaviours and perceptions. These get beneath willpower, and reach those parts that diets don't; the areas of our brains that run our habits and behaviours.
