Coaching Programs - Corporate Coaching
I have a strong philosophy that for a company to really perform, coaching needs to be available to all staff. The benefits of coaching within higher management are well documented, and the benefits can be reaped at all levels. The combination of my HR, coaching and NLP qualifications and experience gives me unique insight into the needs of staff and the business needs of an organisation. Combining these skill sets, I work with you to create programs which will assist greatly with staff morale, motivation, work life balance and of course stress levels.

Corporate Coaching Packages
One to one performance coaching is increasingly being recognised as the way for both organisations and individuals to improve performance. My coaching packages provide a powerful process for improving individual and corporate performance.
The structured, outcomes-led process guides individuals through their own business challenges, clarifies issues, examines limiting beliefs and generates solutions with a compelling course of action.
Coaching for Middle Managers
I design a wide range of coaching packages to suit individual clients. One of the more popular is focused and directed coaching for 'middle managers'
There is an emphasis on the ‘whole’ person, and no stone is left unturned in order to identify strengths and development needs. Firm trust and a strong bond forms between the coach and the client, and through a structured, outcomes-led process, we clarify issues, examine limiting beliefs and generate solutions with a compelling course of action. In this way, individuals experience genuine and lasting change. They become both the person they want to be and also the person that others would prefer!
Typical features of a corporate coaching program:
- Intake meeting – Meet the client and their line manager (if they have one) to agree the broad scope and outcomes of the coaching. Agree the collection of information through 360° feedback, interviews, psychometric assessment, and existing performance reviews
- Feedback – Feedback all the data to the client, to agree strengths, development opportunities, and a draft plan
- Agreement – Review the plan with the client and line manager to reach a firm agreement about the key areas to focus on for improvement, the desired outcomes and timeline
- Coaching cycle
- Progress review – Gather further data to assess the extent to which improvements are actually being made, and review this data with the client and line manager to agree next steps
- Closure – Agreement with the client and line manager of a forward action plan (that could include further coaching) to ensure that the client continues to develop.
A typical Corporate Coaching program can involve the client in the process from three to 18 months. The duration of the program is agreed with the client and the line manager (if appropriate) at the same time as the coaching plan.
Coaching for line managers
Full day workshops for line managers designed to improve their interpersonal and communications skills and to introduce a coaching approach to management.
- Setting well formed outcomes – the essence of coaching
- Communicating with others
- Communicating with self
- Corporate leadership
A powerful way of introducing major cultural change.
Stress Management / Life balance work shops for staff
- You are considering how you will meet the HSE Stress Management standards?
- You are an accredited IiP organisation (or are considering this people quality standard) and want a creative way to meet the work life balance aspects?
- You want to offer your staff a ‘flexible benefit’ with a difference?
- You want to demonstrate to staff their value and your commitment to work life balance issues?
Using my experience as an HR Manager I wondered how great it would be if there was a ‘one stop shop’ which contributed to all of the above.
I have developed highly interactive workshops which can be delivered on a 2 hourly, half day or whole day to suit.
Benefits
- Highly effective tools to assist in juggling busy lives
- Being at cause and not effect (i.e. no more blaming others or the organisation for things that ‘happen to them’)
- Stress management techniques
