Coaching Programs - Specific Areas of Coaching
We all have patterns of thinking and these patterns allow us access to a range of choices in our behaviours and over time these form into our habits.
Unfortunately some of our thinking patterns limit our choices thus leaving us with feelings of being 'stuck' and having no options. I am sure you have experienced a friend say they can't do something, for example make a presentation, when you know, you just know they have all the resources they need. Frustrating it may be but put simply that's their reality.
Clients come to me when they are being held back in their lives and perhaps avoiding doing something which is now severely, limiting the quality of their life.
By working with patterns of thinking you will gain a greater degree of flexibility over your behaviours and choices will become available to you as your mind is opened.
When you gain flexibility and behavioural choice in any situation, you can gain confidence, and you can gain freedom.

Stress Management
Do you live life in the fast lane and can't or don't want to get out of it? Are you concerned where this will lead you long term? Sometimes we need to step outside of our normal mode of existence to see things clearly and see the effect that stress is having on our lives. By working with a coach, you will be able to target areas that are responsible for the stress in your life and put a positive plan together for reducing and managing stress.
Single Parents
I am well aware of the juggling involved, not to mention the guilt, when you are a single Mum or Dad. You may be feeling guilty and isolated, perhaps you are dissatisfied with your social life and finances, there may even be issues with your ex-wife or ex-husband.
You may need help at a time when you daren't spend out what, on the surface, seems a luxury. For this reason I keep one coaching place available that consists of four 45 minute sessions to help you cope with the pressures. These places are offered at a reduced rate (please contact me for more information).
Appointments
Single coaching sessions for specific issues e.g. confidence, stress, life changing events etc. are two to three hours in duration, face to face at a location convenient to us both.
Cost includes one half-hour assessment phone call prior to us meeting. During the assessment phone call I will ask you questions which will help me (and you) decide on the best course of action for you. For some clients this has resulted in hour sessions once a week so that they can put into practice new techniques and for others longer sessions are more appropriate.
I offer highly personalised programs as it is unlikely that one size will fit all.
